Simola Hotel Country Club & Spa - This brand new five-star hotel and spa was opened and is already drawing many visitors. Set high in the hills above Knysna, the hotel has views across the Simola fairways and surroundings hills and Knysna Lagoon. A fine dining restaurant, cigar bar, banquet room, spa, gym, indoor heated pool are some of the facilities on offer. Inspired by the surroundings, the management of the Spa have adopted a ‘Green Policy’ whereby only natural products and organic produce are used, wherever possible, and follow strict environmentally-friendly practices.

Mowbray Golf Course - Mowbray Golf Course in Cape Town’s new greens are settling very nicely and with the currently perfect fairways, this is again an option to consider when playing in Cape Town.

Arabella Western Cape Hotel & Spa - At the annual conference of the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) held in Cancun, Mexico, on 7 December, the Arabella Western Cape Hotel & Spa has been named the Golf Destination of the Year for 2008 in the "Rest of the World" category (outside Europe and North America).

Oubaai Golf Course - Oubaai outside George and the first Ernie Els design in South Africa is celebrating its 3rd year of operation. The course is a quick 10 km from George Airport and set above the coastline of Heralds Bay. Earthworks have started on a Hotel, retail, conference centre and spa on the premises and the planned date of opening in March 2008.

Durban Country Club - This old favourite is currently upgrading to its Clubhouse facilities with a R57 million refurbishment programme set to modernise the clubhouse whilst maintaining many of the existing traditional architecture, ambience and elegance.

Pezula - Pezula has been awarded 4 golf awards for the Best Luxury Development, Best House South Africa, Best Spa Development and Best Fractional Ownership Scheme as well as Developer of The Year at the recent Homes Awards ceremony held in London. Congratulations Pezula!

Spring treatments & closures - The Royal Swazi Spa Country Club will undertake its annual Spring Treatment and will therefore be closed for bookings from Monday, 8 September 2008 to Thursday, 18 September 2008 inclusive. Zimbali Country Club will be undergoing Spring Treatment in September 2008 and that the course will be closed on 8, 9 & 10 September 2008. The course will re-open for 18 holes on 11 September 2008. However the golfers will have to play on hollow-tined tees, fairways & greens. We anticipate these to settle within 2 weeks. The Cascades Hotel Pool Deck will be closed for annual maintenance from the 21 July 2008 until the 11 August 2008.
